What one-off shifts really pay in Moscow, sector by sector

We looked at every shift filled on the platform between January and July 2026 in Moscow — 41 208 of them — and compared the advertised rate with the amount actually received.

The median is 385 ₽ per hour, and it moves less than you think

Half the shifts pay between 340 and 450 ₽ per hour. Below 300 ₽ a shift takes four times longer to fill; above 500 ₽ it usually means night work, refrigerated areas or a specific certificate.

Logistics and warehousing395 ₽
Retail and checkout365 ₽
Food service and bars470 ₽
Events and trade fairs300 ₽

Where the extra money is

Night logistics pays 30 to 40 % above the same daytime work, and food service peaks pay more per hour than any warehouse shift — but they last four to six hours, not eight, so the daily total is lower.

Advertised versus received

This is where a platform earns its keep. On the shifts we measured, the amount received equals the amount advertised in 99.4 % of cases. The remaining 0.6 % are disputes, and in four out of five of those the geolocated check-ins settled it in the worker\u2019s favour.

What this means if you are choosing shifts

Compare the total for the shift, not the hourly rate. A 900 ₽ per hour evening in a café for five hours pays less than an eight-hour warehouse day at 400 ₽ — and the warehouse is the one that repeats every week.

Method 41 208 shifts completed and approved in Moscow between 1 January and 31 July 2026. Rates are gross amounts received by the worker, before their own tax. Shifts cancelled before the start are excluded.
