Verification and anti-fraud policy
Everyone on the platform is identified — workers and employers alike. This page says exactly what is checked, what is never shared, and what gets an account suspended.
What is checked, on both sides
- Workers: identity document, guided selfie matched against it, age 18 or over
- Companies: registration documents, INN, and that the signatory can act for the company
- Private employers: identity document, same check as workers
The check is automatic first. When the document is unreadable, the selfie does not match or anything looks altered, an operator reviews it by hand within two hours.
What is never shared
The document itself never leaves the verification system. Employers see a badge, not a scan. Support agents handling a dispute see the check-ins and the messages, not the document.
What gets an account suspended
- Using someone else\u2019s account, or sending someone else to a shift
- Altered or borrowed documents
- Arranging payment outside the platform, from either side
- Repeated no-shows without notice
- Listings that hide the real work, the real place or the real pay
Why paying outside the platform is a bad idea
It is the single most common way people lose money here. Outside the platform there is no held amount, no recorded hours and no dispute route — and both accounts are suspended when it is discovered, which costs the employer their verified workers and the worker their rating.
Reporting something
Report from the listing, from the shift chat, or at abuse@geteasywork.com. Reports about safety on site are handled the same day.
