What people ask before starting

Do I need a CV?

No. Your profile is your application: rating, completed shifts, punctuality. Nobody reads a CV here.

Do I pay anything?

Never. Workers pay nothing, ever. The platform is paid by the employer, 9 % on top of the shift.

What if the employer does not pay?

The money is held by the platform as soon as your application is accepted. If the employer stays silent for 48 hours the shift is approved automatically and you are paid.

Do I need to be self-employed?

For most shifts, yes. It takes about twenty minutes online, and you can browse and apply to shifts without it meanwhile.
