Terms of use

In force since 1 July 2026Version 3.1
In plain words

We are the marketplace, not the employer. Employers and workers contract directly with each other; we verify identities, hold the money, record the hours and settle disputes on that evidence.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

LLC.EG operates the GetEasyWork platform, which connects employers offering one-off shifts with self-employed workers. These terms govern the use of the website and the applications, for both sides.

2. The platform is not an employer

A shift booked through the platform creates a service relationship between the employer and the worker. GetEasyWork is not a party to it, does not direct the work and does not act as a staffing agency. The worker keeps their independent status and their own tax obligations.

3. Conditions of access

Access requires being 18 or over, holding a valid identity document and passing the verification described in the anti-fraud policy. One account per person. Sharing an account, or working under someone else\u2019s account, results in immediate suspension and forfeits the amounts held on the shifts concerned.

4. Money held and payment

The employer account must be funded before any publication. At publication, the full amount of the shift is held on the platform. Unfilled places are released at the end of the shift. It is released to the worker when the employer approves, or automatically 48 hours after the end of the shift is declared. The platform fee of 9 % is charged to the employer only and appears on the invoice.

5. Cancellation

A shift cancelled more than 12 hours before the start costs nothing to either side and does not affect the reliability score. Below 12 hours, a cancellation is recorded on the profile; a no-show without notice may lead to suspension. The held amount always returns to the employer when the shift does not take place.

6. Behaviour on site

The employer provides safe working conditions, the equipment announced in the listing and a named contact on site. The worker follows the safety instructions given there. Any accident, harassment or unsafe condition must be reported through the app the same day; the platform preserves the messages and check-ins as evidence.

7. Disputes

A dispute may be opened within 48 hours of the end of a shift. Support examines the geolocated check-ins, the photos attached and the in-app messages, and answers within one working day. The amount stays held until the decision.

8. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended for identity fraud, repeated no-shows, payment outside the platform or behaviour endangering others. Amounts owed for shifts actually worked are paid in every case, including after suspension.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes with the platform that cannot be settled amicably fall under the courts of Moscow.
