Employers never see your document, your address or your phone number before accepting you. What they see is your first name, your photo, your rating and your completed shifts.

Who sees what

Before accepting an application, an employer sees your first name, your photo, your rating, the number of shifts you have completed, your punctuality and the distance to the site. After acceptance, they also see your surname and phone number, so you can be reached on site. They never see your identity document, your home address or your other shifts.

Where the data is stored

Personal data of Russian residents is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, as the law requires. Identity documents are encrypted and accessible only to the verification team, whose access is logged.

Your rights

  • Obtain a copy of everything we hold about you, in a readable file
  • Correct anything inaccurate, directly in the profile or through support
  • Delete the account, except records the law requires us to keep
  • Withdraw consent for notifications at any time, in the settings

Write to privacy@geteasywork.com. We answer within 30 days, and within 3 working days for a deletion request.

Third parties

We use a verification provider for document checks, a payment provider for transfers, and hosting in Russia. None of them may use the data for anything else, and none receives more than what its task requires.
