When exactly am I paid after a shift?

The money for your shift is not held by the employer. It is reserved on the platform the moment your application is accepted, which is why an accepted application is already guaranteed income.

The three steps

Once you declare the end of the shift, the employer has 48 hours to approve it. Most approve the same evening. If the employer says nothing, the shift is approved automatically at the end of the 48 hours.

From the wallet to your bank

Money in the wallet is yours. Withdrawal by SBP to a phone number is free and usually credited in under five minutes; by card it costs 1 % and takes up to three hours.

If something goes wrong

If the employer opens a dispute, the amount stays held while support reviews the check-ins, the photos and the messages. That review takes one working day, and the geolocated check-ins usually settle it.
