Five reasons a booking gets rejected
None of them is your rating. Four are fixable in two minutes.
1. Identity not verified yet
No booking can be confirmed until your KYC is approved — the most commonly overlooked rule. Send your documents (passport, selfie) from Identity Verification right after signing up, before you even start browsing missions: review takes a little time, so don't leave it until the last minute.
2. The slots are already taken
First come, first served: once a mission's slot count is reached, it disappears from results. The best-paid or closest slots fill up within minutes of being published — turn on push notifications to get alerted the moment a new mission matches your search.
3. Reliability score too low
A suspended account (score dropped too low after repeated cancellations or no-shows) can no longer apply. The score climbs back up with missions completed properly — every last-minute cancellation costs points, including when you're the one cancelling, so only accept what you can genuinely commit to.
4. Incomplete profile
A profile with no photo or name filled in inspires less confidence — nothing here is mandatory, but it shows in practice: complete profiles get a warmer welcome on site. Two minutes in Settings is enough to add a photo and make sure your name is filled in.
